David Gaulin Consulting Inc. was founded in 1999 in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau, steps from the National Capital Region. From the outset, the practice focused on the Canadian federal public sector — a demanding, highly regulated environment with little tolerance for architectural approximations.
Over the years, David developed a cross-disciplinary expertise that is rare in the market: equally capable at the governance decision level and at the Kubernetes pipeline level, he bridges the gap between executive and technical teams in contexts where that gap costs millions.
His greatest strength is not in a single specialization, but in the ability to maintain a coherent overall vision on complex mandates — from security requirements definition through infrastructure delivery in production.
Fully bilingual in English and French, David engages with equal ease in English technical committee meetings and French executive presentations. This is a concrete advantage in the NCR where both languages are used simultaneously in the same meeting.
